Getting it wrong

Here's where usability on a website is really important. I discovered the Portugese musical artist João Lucas through Radiohead's Thom Yorke. I Googled him and discovered he had a record out on a label called Creative Sources so I linked on through and ran into a brick wall. Using their artist database just brought up his album cover. Clicking through to their catalog just gave me dozens of album sleeve images with no information (the image above), not even a rollover. After much searching I found what I was looking for but it was extremely tiresome jumping through all the hoops. Many others would have backed out without getting to their goal.
