Two more new North employees
Ok, we are aware that we've been sort of over-announcing our new hires, but we're especially proud of the latest: here's Jordan and Nathan. Jordan Delapoer: Director, Brand Strategy
Jordan joins us from Wieden + Kennedy. As he tells it: "My first year was on EA, working on games like The Sims, Hellgate, and RockBand. Then I moved over to EA Sports and managed all the major titles, like Madden, NCAA Football, NHL, etc. (As a side note, I worked on a couple of projects with Tiger Woods, and I recall him texting constantly..) After about two years on EA/EAS I moved to Target and over the course of a couple years managed a number of their campaigns, including their biggest piece of business - Black Friday and Holiday. I also managed and helped develop Target's first brand-wide social media strategy. Then I made the move to full time strategist and was the strategic planner on Black Friday and Holiday 2011."
"I'm a native Oregonian who has called Portland home for the last 8 years. My interests are sort of all over the place. It's not uncommon for me to be at a musical on a Friday night and hunting elk Saturday morning. I like my golf with beer, and I like my biking, hunting, fishing, skiing and working to be followed by beer."
Welcome to the club, Jordan..
Nathan Wittstock – Creative Technologist Nate joined us in September, bringing his experience as a developer, network engineer, systems administrator, and IT strategist to NORTH. He'll be maintaining our infrastructure and helping to develop content and communications strategies for our clients while bringing a "voice of technological reason" to our endeavors. In the past, he's consulted for Leopold Ketel & Partners, Creature, HMH, Flint Design and Watershed Communications among others. Bonus: his background in rugged computing means good tech for our client's events.
Nate, presumably you also drink beer..welcome..
